Dear Prospective Pool Owner Several months ago we began our search to find the "very best" pool builder. Little did we know how exhausting and confusing this process can be! Beth and I wanted to let you know how much we enjoy our new pool. Our outdoor living space has more than doubled, and has taken on the look of a tropical vacation resort. We feel so relaxed listening to the waterfall and just looking around the backyard at our own little private paradise and oasis. The fiber-optic lighting creates such a tranquil setting that we often fall asleep in the lounge chairs each evening. We feel the pool has also given us another season outdoors during the hot and humid days in July and August. You, your crew, and all the sub-contractors did an outstanding job. The craftmanship and quality of the custom stonework, double cascading waterfall, interior pool finish, and beautiful brick-paver deck is first-class and we would highly recommend Palace Pools to anyone looking for a pool builder. In fact we get compliments from everyone who sees the pool, and feel no one in Jacksonville has a nicer one. Besides the quality construction, Mike and his crews were very helpful and attentive to our concerns throughout the construction process and readily attended to all of the small details that really make a difference.
